A Soberway - MAP Member
A Sober Way Home and MAP Recovery Support have created a 12-month post-discharge recovery program that supports patients in their transition from treatment to a new way of life. This is provided at no cost to every patient.

MAP Recovery Support is here because tackling addiction requires more than just willpower; it’s a continuous process of support, maintenance, and structure. The focus is on identifying behaviors that can lead to relapse and providing informed, compassionate support, so you can make the changes necessary to live a sober life.

The MAP Program provides much-needed support to addicts and alcoholics during the first year of their recovery. This additional support can make the difference between relapse and long-term sobriety.

MAP Recovery Support is unlike any other post-treatment program in existence today. The program works with the addict and the family for 12 months, providing the support each of them need. Each client works with their own personal MAP Specialist who has 3+ years of sustained recovery and has the insight, wisdom, and training to help navigate the difficult stages of early sobriety. MAP’s goal is to help each person transition to a balanced, healthy life.
