Jeff came to treatment in Prescott and quickly found his passion for recovery and a new way of life at A Sober Way Home. “After treatment I started at an entry level position on the residential team and worked my way through just about every department at Sober Way.” Having experience in each of the departments is one of the many unique ways Jeff has become qualified to be on our leadership team.

His own personal experience with substance abuse and recovery affords him the ability to understand our treatment center from the view of the patient and each of the different departments alike. It is common to find Jeff in the conference room for meetings in the mornings and working directly with patients in the afternoons. “I believe that every level of employee, including leadership, should be available to directly support the patient and ensure his or her treatment experience is meeting their unique needs.”

In addition to the oversight of the management teams for the medical, clinical, and residential departments, Jeff also works with regulatory compliance and accreditation compliance.
