At A Sober Way Home, we have been working with young adults in addiction treatment and recovery for over 10 years. Drug abuse and addiction is starting earlier and earlier with young people today, and now more than ever it is critical to get them into substance abuse treatment as soon as the addiction is identified.
The good news is that if we can get them exposed to a different way of living before the addiction takes a strong hold, the young adult can find alternative methods for living a healthy, happy and sober life.

Young Adult Addiction Treatment Program Levels:
Young Adult LEVEL I : Our comprehensive young adults addiction treatment program provides 90-day primary extended care. The young adult entering this program will have a complete psychiatric evaluation for medication monitoring. A primary addiction treatment therapist will be assigned, and the young adult will have at minimum, one private session with the therapist per week. Group therapy is also an essential for young adults.
Young Adult LEVEL II: For the young adult who has completed A Sober Way Home's comprehensive 90-day program or comes to us directly from another inpatient addiction treatment facility, our 90-day transitional rehab program provides an effective transition from primary addiction treatment to the structured sober living environment.
Young Adult LEVEL III: For the young adult with six months of sobriety and full-time employment, and who has completed at least eight of the twelve steps in our addiction treatment program. The young adult t must have a sponsor, agree to at least four AA commitments per week and work with others; the young adult is also encouraged to pay his or her own rent or contribute to rent as income level allows.
